Disclosures T.I.P.S. 4 Reps

Integrated Retirement Investment Solutions, LLC (IRIS) is a state-registered investment adviser with its principal office in the State of Ohio. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. IRIS provides non-investment-professional-related services under the trade name of T.I.P.S. 4 Reps (T4R).

IRIS/T4R is neither a law firm nor an accounting firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Website visitors should consult an attorney or tax professional regarding their specific legal or tax situation. Referrals to third-party legal and tax/accounting professionals may be provided through the firm’s affiliated entity, T.I.P.S. 4 Reps, Inc., for which referral compensation from the referred professional(s) can be received. The specific referral compensation terms, and associated conflicts of interest, are disclosed to a referred client prior to or at the time of referral. Insurance services are generally provided in a representative’s separate and individual capacity as a licensed insurance agent and commission-based compensation will be earned for insurance sales, which presents a conflict of interest. No client is under any obligation to accept or act upon the recommendations provided by IRIS/T4R, and all clients are free to obtain legal, tax, accounting, and insurance services from the professional(s) of their choosing.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All financial planning and investment strategies have the potential for profit or loss, and different financial planning strategies, investments, and types of investments involve varying degrees of risk. There can be no assurance that the future performance of any specific financial or tax plan, investment, or strategy, including those recommended by IRIS/T4R or otherwise discussed herein, will be profitable or equal any historical performance level. Not all services will be appropriate or necessary for all clients, and the potential value and benefit of the firm’s services will vary based upon the client’s individual investment, financial, and tax circumstances. The effectiveness and potential success of a financial plan depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the manner and timing of implementation, coordination with the client and the client’s other engaged professionals, and market conditions.

Certain portions of this website may describe IRIS/T4R’s recommendations, insights, or positions as of a specific prior date. Professional Credentials

As of the date of publication, John Vrablic maintains the Certified Tax & Business Advisor (CTBA) credential, issued by Excel Empire. The CTBA program is a certification course and professional networking group, helping members understand the distinction between compliance and planning. It is designed for tax and financial professionals who want to incorporate proactive planning into their business.

CTBA training is different from nearly anything else in the tax and financial services industry. Participants don’t learn how to prepare tax returns, defend clients in audits, or negotiate settlements for unpaid taxes. Instead, they learn how to identify clients who would be good candidates for customized tax planning, how to approach them with a unique value proposition, and how to successfully connect them with Excel Empire team members to actually prepare and implement in-depth tax plans for high-income, high-value clients across the country. The training also helps participants identify common tax scams that don’t deliver intended savings. Finally, participants learn how to identify opportunities to elevate tax planning as a high value, “velvet rope” service.
